Whow ~ Nine Consecutive Days of Creative Fun!
It is not too late to join in, even without the possible prize at the end....
...you could do it just for yourself....12 more days to create....!?
Here I am with a present for Maria:
"Sleeping In The Forest" (acrylic paint & ink)
I thought the earth remembered me, she took me back so tenderly, arranging her dark skirts, her pockets full of lichens and seeds. I slept as never before, a stone on the river bed, nothing between me and the white fire of the stars but my thoughts, and they floated light as moths among the branches of the perfect trees. All night I heard the small kingdoms breathing around me, the insects, and the birds who do their work in the darkness. All night I rose and fell, as if in water, grappling with a luminous doom. By morning I had vanished at least a dozen times into something better. by Mary Oliver |

Maria's Prayer Flag of the Day:
(fabric, string & ink)
Maria writes: "I had a more difficult day today and in accordance with that I had to cross a huge nettle field in the forest - and then at home again, I picked the word "enter".
Another contribution from Maria:
"Sundown" (photo)
She shares: Thank you!!! "Sleeping in the forest" is a real soul comforter! So nice! And lovely of you!
And here is the superfat sundown, which is just moving over my head! I would love it if you could post it. Then nature can also be part of your project :)
Lots of love and have a peaceful Sunday,
Maria

Maria, I am sorry you had a difficult day! I trust it is going easier now....
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to see all your prayer flags tied together! Will you take a picture of them hanging in the forest?
All love,
Susanne
Maria, that prayer flag and your explanation is priceless.

Thank you so much!!! I'm feeling better now and wanna share the sky over my head with you - can you manage it, Susanne? I'll send you the picture and maybe it's possible to post it! Good night from Sweden and much love, Maria
ReplyDeleteThank you, Maria, for the impressive "Sundown"! Where was it taken, meaning which city or town in Sweden do you live near by again?
ReplyDeleteSusanne, this is what I saw through my window!
